The Prime Villas Property management Team makes up of Villa staff, property managers and multi-lingual company representatives. Villa Staff include gardeners, chefs and maids whom live on the premises of the villa.

Property managers of our villas will be onsite for the full duration of the stay of our guests. The purpose of their work is to supervise the villa staff and ensure they are covering all bases of property care. The property managers will be Thai and English speaking and will handle any requests of our guests to keep the level of satisfaction maintained.
 

Company Representatives take care of the Prime Villas private concierge service (private vacation services)and essentially communicate between staff, property managers, guests and owners of our villas.

The Private concierge service includes planning and orchestrating day and night activities such as:

• Motorbike and car rentals
• Fishing
• Cruises and tours around the island (yachts and speedboats)
• Diving
• Shopping excursions
• massage and spa treatments
• P.E.S 
• Privately catered functions and events
• In-Villa entertainment ie.Bands, Dancers, Dj’s etc.
• Thai cooking classes
• Private chauffeur

Guests will also have the option of being accompanied by concierges during the planned activities.

A Sunseeker will also be available on a daily rental basis for trips to the surrounding islands and other watersports activities.
